Already have an account?
We should say this plainly, before anything else: we have nothing to sell you.
No products, no commissions, no partner getting a cut of your attention. Fae exists to help you see your own financial life a little more clearly, then get out of the way.
Fae
To notice anything useful, Fae needs somewhere to look. You choose where: one or both, and nothing happens until you say so.
Email
Gmail, Outlook or similar. Helps spot receipts, subscriptions, the odd pattern in how life shows up in your inbox.
Open Banking
Read-only, via an FCA-regulated provider. Fae can see transactions and balances. It can't move money.
Fae uses this to notice patterns in how you live and spend, so it can reflect them back to you. Access is read-only, can be switched off at any time, and nothing is ever sold or shared for marketing. Full detail on the next screen.
Encrypted the moment it arrives. Only you can read what's connected. Not our staff, not anyone else. It's never sold or shared.
Nothing here is hidden in small print. Here's the important part, in the open:
Your data is encrypted, always. In transit and at rest, readable only by you. Not by our staff, not by any third party, not for any reason short of you asking to see it.
·
Fae can see transactions, balances and categories.
Not full statements or documents unless you choose to share them separately.
·
Access is read-only.
Fae cannot move money, open accounts, or apply for anything on your behalf.
·
Banking access runs through Open Banking.
Provided by an FCA-regulated Account Information Service Provider (AISP). Not screen-scraping.
·
Nothing is ever sold, shared, or used to sell to you.
No advertisers, no data brokers, no partner offers built on what Fae sees.
·
You can disconnect anytime.
Revoking access takes one tap, same as granting it, and deletes what's been read.
Fae uses this only to notice patterns: receipts, subscriptions, the shape of things. Never to send email on your behalf. Read-only, and you can remove access anytime from your Google Account.
Which bank should Fae read from? It runs through a regulated provider, so Fae never sees your login, just the numbers, once they're through.
Secured by an FCA-regulated Account Information Service Provider.

Time travelling, gently.
The longer you leave it, the more it tends to find.
Good — we'll let you know the moment it's ready. Feel free to leave this open, or close it and come back.
"Fae" Would Like to Send You Notifications
Notifications may include alerts and sounds. We'll only use this to tell you when your first read is ready — nothing else.
A first attempt, then. Reading back through everything so far, a few things kept surfacing.
Roughly in order of how clearly it showed up.
None of that is finished. Take it as a draft, not a verdict. It'll sharpen the more it sees.

This isn't a handoff. We'll keep working on this together. A few things worth knowing as we go:
·
It keeps learning in the background, not just today.
·
Come back anytime to see how the picture's changed.
·
You're always in control of what's connected, and can disconnect anytime.
Talk soon, Fae
Good morning.
Most significant today
Rootedness
Still the clearest thread running through everything. The same grocery shop, most Fridays. Rent without a wobble. Something worth naming.

Fitness spend has been still for a month. Not drawing conclusions yet.

July at a glance
Spend is tracking a little higher than June, mostly evenings. Nothing alarming — a few things worth naming.

Eight running quietly. One hasn't been used in four months — still going.

Morning. Nothing urgent today — a couple of things still settling from what I read this week. Anything on your mind?
